Subscriber Refund Policy

By purchasing a ConvertSimple.com subscription, you (the user/subscriber) agree to the following refund policy:
  • If the user is dissatisfied with the ConvertSimple.com service, file conversions, or any other part of the website, a refund may or may not be provided to the user. A refund will be given only at the sole discretion of the administrator of ConvertSimple.com.
  • If requesting a refund, the request must be made by email to [email protected] within 48 hours of the end time of the user’s subscription.
  • If requesting a refund, the user must provide a link to the ConvertSimple.com page on which they were experiencing problems, a detailed description of the problem they are experiencing, and the email that was used to purchase the subscription during the checkout process.
  • If a refund is provided, the amount refunded will be at the discretion of the administrator of ConvertSimple.com. If refunded, the amount refunded will be equal to or less than the amount paid by the user for their subscription.
  • There is no guarantee of a refund.
  • In the event that the user performs a chargeback, the user will not be allowed to purchase future subscriptions.
